Every time I read another story about some politician or government official harboring boxes of classified documents in their personal storage, I just shake my head. And it’s not just because I have some political or ethical opinion about it (which I do), it’s because I cannot imagine for the LIFE of me why anyone would want to take on more boxes of crap or junk up another garage corner or ministorage or hall closet. Just YUCK. Why on EARTH wouldn’t they just opt for the free, out-of-sight-out-of-mind and for-the-common-good warehousing alternative? Geesh. Gives me shivers and makes me feel very sorry for these politicians’ children who will have to sift through those crusty, silver fish-ridden boxes one day. #GrandPlans
