Podcast guest lineup for 2026

I am so excited to announce the 2026 re-launch of Grand Plans the Podcast! Let’s get this show back on the road!

Grand Plans is a conversation-driven series focused on how we can age more mindfully, proactively and with better resources, planning and dialogue.

We’re currently heading into Season 4, and it is so exciting to look back and see how guests with fresh ideas continue to be part of the expert real talk. Past guests have included certified financial planners, estate planning attorneys, geriatric care professionals, hospice nurses and experts in advance directives and “death binder” organization. Across episodes, we’ve unpacked best practices, real-world insights and practical tools that help individuals and families navigate aging with greater clarity and confidence—before crisis forces the conversation.

This season will be no different. In no particular order, here are the Season 4 guests and their areas of expertise:

  • Jeanette Yates, Author of From Guilt to Good Enough, self-caregiving advocate and creator of The Guilt-free Caregiver Roadmap. TOPIC: Self-caregiving
  • Susan Stern, Owner and Board-Certified Life Coach, Spring to Life Coaching in Orlando. TOPIC: Dementia related caregiving and support
  • Brian Levy, Chief Relationship Officer, Cambridge Caregivers / Manchester Care Homes and host of the Manchester Living podcast in Dallas TX TOPIC: Care home development and why it’s important to hire a caregiving firm vs. an individual

The goal of Grand Plans is to normalize thoughtful, informed conversations around aging across the full spectrum: legal, financial, medical, housing, caregiving, legacy and quality-of-life planning. I have every confidence these superstar guests will bring wisdom and new perspectives on aging and gerontology to the discussion.

The first episode of Season 4 is already out on the interwebs and is basically an introduction to the relaunch. I hope you enjoy it and I look forward to bringing more hard conversations about mindful aging to the forefront during the next few months. Thanks for your patience as I navigated my Gerontology masters studies. I’m really happy to jump back into podcasting with more experience and perspective under my belt!

You can access the Grand Plans podcast wherever you get your listening material, but here’s a direct link to Season 4 Episode 1. Thanks for listening!
