SEASON 4 IS OUT!

Just a quick note to announce the 2026 re-launch of Grand Plans the Podcast! I’m so excited and ready to get this show back on the road and am in discussions with some guests who will really advance real-talk about aging and how to plan for it.

The first episode of Season 4 is out on the interwebs and is basically an introduction to the relaunch. I hope you enjoy it and I look forward to bringing more hard conversations about mindful aging to the forefront during the next few months. Thanks for your patience as I navigated my Gerontology masters studies. I’m really happy to jump back into podcasting with more experience and perspective under my belt!

You can access the Grand Plans podcast wherever you get your listening material, but here’s a direct link to Season 4 Episode 1. Thanks for listening! All the rest and all the ones upcoming are on the Grand Plans YouTube page as well. Link to it here.
